Wins 2Wheel Speed Event and is featured in Motorcycle Cruiser
We tested a new gearing combo at the Byron Hardcore Dragbike Series
Final Sept.9th. It worked good enough to win the event running
7.50s but we will have to test again and push it into the 7.30s
or quicker to get ready for the ProStar Atco, NJ event Sept..
28th.
When I say we, most of you have seen or met my crewchief Mark
and I at the track. Very few people have met the backbone of Stotz
Racing, my wife Sharon. I have seen many of my
friends racing careers go by the wayside because a spouse or partner
did not support them. I know I am very fortunate to have Sharon
on my side. God knows I would not want her against me. She may
not be able to blueprint a motor but anything else you ask of
Sharon gets done with a smile. So please, next time you come by
our pit area feel free to ask Sharon any questions and she will
get it done.

Pick up a copy the October issue of Motorcycle CRUISER Magazine.
Look for us on page 82-85. Don Smith built the Turbo VTX with
our help, Honda Rider's Club of America, Joe Rocket, Velocity
Racing Turbo systems, and many more. It is one of the few projects
where I did more riding than wrenching. Not only did I have fun
doing it, I looked good thanks to Joe Rocket leathers and Don
Smith's most beautiful Turbo VTX ever.
I hope to see all of you at Atco, NJ or the AMA/ProStar World
finals November 9-11 in Gainesville Florida.
